Because VendorzCore sells digital products only, all products are fuffilled electronically and are generally considered non-returnable and non-refundable once access has been provided.

However, customer satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to ensuring customers successfully receive and access their purchased digital products.


1. Digital Products Only

VendorzCore exclusively sells digital products, including downloadable PDF files and other electronic content.

  • No physical products are sold
  • No shipping is involved
  • All purchases are fulfilled digitally

2. General Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final.

Refunds are not automatically provided for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incompatible software or devices
  • Failure to read product descriptions before purchase

3. Access & Fuffillment Support

If a customer experiences issues accessing their purchased file, VendorzCore will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue before considering a refund.

Customers experiencing access problems must first contact support and allow us an opportunity to assist with:

  • Download issues
  • Corrupted files
  • Broken download links
  • Email delivery problems
  • Account access issues
  • Technical troubleshooting

Our goal is to ensure every customer successfully receives their purchased digital product.


4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if:

  1. The customer is unable to access or receive their purchased digital file;
  2. The customer has contacted VendorzCore support for assistance;
  3. Troubleshooting efforts have been attempted; and
  4. VendorzCore is ultimately unable to provide access to the purchased product.

Refunds are provided solely at our discretion and only as a last resort after all reasonable support efforts have failed.


5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact VendorzCore support before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • Account suspension or termination
  • Revocation of product access
  • Restrictions on future purchases

6. Processing Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution
  • VendorzCore is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors
